Who the rechargeable version suits
This model suits riders with a clear training routine. If you use the bike often and already charge devices regularly, the rechargeable version is usually the easier choice. You do not need to replace coin cells and still get a very light system. That feels especially good when you train several times per week.

Compatibility and installation
The power meter fits Shimano Hollowtech II road cranks. The housing sits on the inside of the left crank arm. Around 10 mm of frame clearance should be available in the power meter area. For installation you need the Shimano TL-FC16 tool. You can find more matching models in our Inpeak category.
Single-sided measurement in practice
The power meter measures only the left leg and doubles the value for total power. In practice this is enough for training, pacing and load control. If you want exact balance data, you need a different system. For many riders, that adds little real value in daily use.
Connectivity and daily use
The power meter sends power and cadence via ANT+ and Bluetooth LE. The battery charges via USB. Automatic temperature compensation helps keep readings stable in changing conditions. You install firmware updates wirelessly through the Inpeak app.
