Payment Methods

Bank Transfer: When using this option, you will make a direct bank transfer using IBAN and BIC in advance. After completion of the order your will receive our banking information. Please note that all additional cost that may come with using this option, especially when making the transfer from outside of Germany, have to be covered by you. If you pay using bank transfer, we do not have to pay the fees of other payment service providers. We pass this advantage on to you with a discount of 1%!

PayPal: When selecting PayPal as desired payment option, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website to make the payment. PayPal allows you to use the credit in your PayPal account or simply a credit card to make the payment. To use your credit card, you previously need to enable this option in your account.

Credit Card: You can choose between Visa and MasterCard. Credit card payments will be processed through Stripe, Inc. If you are registered for the 3D Secure procedure, you will re-directed to your bank’s website and prompted for your 3D Secure password. Only when the correct password is provided, payments are processed. This authentication method ensures that you are the legitimate card owner. MasterCard calls its 3D Secure System "MasterCard Secure Code" and Visa calls it "Verified by Visa".

Debit Card: You can choose between VISA Electron, Maestro, Postepay, Servired, Carte Bleue or Dankort. Debit card payments will be processed through Stripe, Inc. If you are registered for the 3D Secure procedure, you will re-directed to your bank’s website and prompted for your 3D Secure password. Only when the correct password is provided, payments are processed. This authentication method ensures that you are the legitimate card owner.

SOFORT: With SOFORT bank transfer you can easily pay from your bank account. Simply use your online banking data. Your order can be shipped immediately - faster than with prepayment.
