SRM power meter and bike computer
SRM (Schoberer Rad Messtechnik) was founded in 1986 by engineer Ulrich Schoberer. The power meter he developed and patented was the first of its kind and revolutionized training and competition in professional cycling. In the meantime, power meters have also found their way into amateur and hobby sports and are indispensable in cycling and triathlon.
The constant evolution of SRMs patent led to the crank-based SRM power meter in the 9th generation. Beside their crank based power meters SRM also offers two pedal power meters: the X-Power and the Exakt.
In addition to power meters, SRM also offers cycling computer: the PC8. The functions are reduced to the essentials and the needs of athletes.
SRM uses only the best components for its power meters and computers. Each power meter is custom made in Cologne.
