What is B-stock?

B-stock items are products that have been returned as shipment returns, customer returns or display units. Each item has been inspected by us, is technically flawless and fully functional. Any minor cosmetic marks, scratches or opened original packaging are noted in the individual product description.

Does B-stock come with a warranty?

Yes. B-stock items carry the same statutory warranty as new goods: 2 years from the date of purchase. Many manufacturers also extend their own product warranty to B-stock items. Details are provided in the individual product description.

Can I return B-stock items?

Yes. The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to B-stock items as well. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within this period without giving a reason.
